The company has adequate and efficient system to combat, defend and resist the worst kinds of cyber-attacks, however if the cyber-attack targets directly causing severe disruptions, or compromise critically on the infrastructure necessary for contractual performance, such contexts shall be covered under Force Majeure. Pseudonymization: Processing performed on Personal data in such a way , that after such processing, it becomes impossible to associate and or attribute to the data subject without using the additional information, then such additional information should be stored independently and securely and shall ensure that the personal data is not linked to a specific natural person or that he/she can be identified by using it in accordance with the technical and organisational requirements as specified by the relevant laws.

Anonymization: Personal data may not be kept after processing the same beyond the purpose and the storage period required for such data.
